Simple click2dial for Chrome
click2dial is a free Chrome add-on developed by Martin Gross. It is a simple click-to-dial handler that relies on your operating system's capabilities to handle tel-links.

The extension does not require any highlighting of numbers on the active page and only performs minimal number processing. It removes all characters other than numbers, "+", "(" and ")", and if the remaining number starts with a "+", it drops the "(0)" in the number.
